Welcome To

Santa Clara

An urban hub at the heart of Silicon Valley.

Welcome to Santa Clara

One of the most populous cities in the San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Clara has plenty to offer—Silicon Valley businesses, shopping opportunities, and lots of things to see and do. This bustling city at the heart of Silicon Valley is an amazing place to call home!

In 1777, the area known today as Santa Clara was colonized by the Spanish with the founding of the Mission Santa Clara de Asis. Santa Clara was incorporated as a town in 1852 and quickly became an agricultural hub known for its orchards and vegetable growing. The town continued to expand into the thriving city we know today as a high tech company epicenter.

The cost of living in Santa Clara tends to be high, as is typical for Silicon Valley. There is plenty of luxurious condo and apartment buildings in the area, with some stellar single-family homes available for purchase as well. Sprawling ranch homes are popular in Santa Clara, many with top-notch amenities.
