Nick Bettencourt
Nick started his real estate career in 2018. Nick’s family immigrated to California from the Portuguese Islands of the Azores. After seeing his family build generational wealth through real estate, Nick set out
to help other families achieve the same success in real estate within Silicon Valley. Being born and raised in the Bay Area his entire life, Nick has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods and areas
that make up Santa Clara County.
Being a bartender for several years in downtown San Jose before his real estate career, Nick was able to build relationships and network with people from all walks of life. He credits his time as a bartender for
building his excellent communication skills and hard work ethic. Nick is also a Certified Negotiation Expert, a designation given by professionals trained in negotiation from Harvard University.
In his free time, Nick likes to travel and spend time with his wife and 2 children. When he is not remodeling his own home, Nick likes to snowboard, hike, go to the beach and train in Jiu-Jitsu.
By joining the Bonafede Team in 2022, and through all his hard work, Nick achieved being in the Top 10% of agents in all of Santa Clara County.
